mental health issue

Hi Andreas;

I suffer from obsessive compulsive diorder (OCD) and body dismorphic disorder (BDD). It seems the best approach to treat these mental conditions is by using SERETONIN REUPTAKE INHIBITORS (SRI's).

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), is also useful. I am recieving some psycological help from a pschologist now, but was wondering if you know of any other good methods of over-coming these terrible mental issues?

My pre-occupation exists with my appearance. I have read your book "Freedom from Judgement" but this only TEMPORARILY relieved my problems, like many other methods of treatment. I am condidering SRI's, but refuse to take any medication...

Thanks for your insight!
