Body temp and thyroid?

Hi...
I read a link on curezone recently that sent me to a website on Wilson's disorder... which is basically a sort of precursor to full blown hypothyroidism.

The site talked about low temperature as an indication that the thyroid is out of order.

I've been taking my temp for a few days and it has always been under 98.6. Even when i feel hot, it still is only like 98.2! It seems to be mostly in the 97.0-97.8 range.

(on a side note - when i was a child in elementary school, my 'normal' temperature was actually elevated -- 99.6! Does this indicate anything that would point towards deeloping low temp later in life?)

As i've posted b efore, I've gained a lot of weight the past few years but my blood tests and thyroid tests alwasy come back "normal" for everything.

Is there a supplement I can take to boost my thyroid activity and prevent my developing full blown thyroid disorder? My mother has hypothyroid which came on around the age I am now (late thirties).

I have been doing lymph cleansing rebounding and skin brushing to help lymph. How does it relate to thyroid? I think they are both part of the endocrine system?

Many thanks for your insight. I really want to maintain my health and reverse this downward trend to weight gain, depression, poor circulation, etc.

Thanks
