Re: confusing

there is ten times the amount of fluoride in one meal of "normal" food than there is in eight glasses of "optimally fuoridated water". if you do not eat 100% organic certified food, you are getting fluoride. in fact, if it is prepared food, like a can of cooked pintos, for example, the water it was cooked in may be fluoridated and that would not change the organic certification. the bush admin wants to loosen the controls on organic certification as well.

then there is another thyroid killer called perchlorate. this rocket fuel and dry cleaning solvent destroys thyroid function. it is found in particualr in the water supplies in california coming from the colorado river. even organic veggies raised on this water test positive for perchlorate.

but the big item is food that is mass marketed, pre-cooked, etc. the other thing i have done is stop eating food from a microwave. they were banned in soviet russia in 1976 after extensive studies. even europe shunned them until the last decade or so. they create molecules that have never existed on earth before. talk about a science experiment.

we are awash in toxins. the air in our homes and the junk that our skin comes in contact with is the worst. my philosophy is, if i cant eat it, i dont want to breath it or put it on my skin. from air fresheners to fabric softeners, cleaning products, perfumes, all of it. if you live in contact with it, it is in your blood. how good can that be?
