Hi Lisa,
I hope you see this message. I took your advice and ordered some detoxified iodine from the cayceconcepts guy. I am trying to boost my thyroid a little, since I have somewhat low basal body temps and I am trying to get pregnant. I was wondering how much of the iodine you take, (or took) and how you took it. Did you just drop some on the tongue? What time of day, etc? Thanks so much for answering this.
