Where to go from here

Hi Andreas,

For years I have been plagued with many of the complaints that are posted so often on your forum. I am very familiar with brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, etc. and, thanks to you, I believe that I understand the underlying cause. I have been following the recommendations set forth in your book "The Key to Health and Rejuvenation" since last August. I have done 19 liver cleanses, all followed with colonics, a kidney cleanse, I eat at the proper times, sleep at the proper times, etc. But lately, it seems as if my improvement has come to a standstill and I have developed extremely itchy skin on my upper arms and I have scratched them to the point that they have bled. I think I understand that this is a pitta imbalance but why now? Could it be due to change of seasons or a healing crisis? Could P & B shakes cause such an upset?(I only tried them for two days) I guess what I really need is reassurance that this will go away given time. It really has me feeling uncomfortable.

I have a couple of other questions also. From what I understand Pitta season occurs during the summer months. If one has a pitta imbalance should he/she expect an accelerated recovery during this season or will the season aggravate it more? My diet consists solely of ghee, white basmati rice, fruits, and steamed veggies. Do you see a problem with my lack of variety?

Thank you for your patience.
