Flaxseed oil with cottage cheese and crushed pineapple or some other fruit, mixed in a hand blender, tastes delicious (almost like a yogurt or custard) and is what dr. Budwig recommends people take to prevent or beat cancer. I've just started taking at least 1/4 cup of cottage cheese per 1 tablespoon of flax oil every day, sometimes with some fresh, slightly ground seeds (don't have a coffee grinder yet!) blended up with one ring of canned pineapple. It tastes so good, is amazingly filling (I stay full for hours after this), and takes about half a minute to do. Eat this either with my cereal or as an after-lunch dessert, or mid-morning.
The cottage cheese combo may or may not work for elimination purposes, but I can't see why not. Apparently flax seeds absorb quite a lot of water, so I would think those taking the ground seed would need to drink extra water.
