Enlightenment is being free of the past and the future, and living in the now. The problem is what is now? It is as fleeting and ephemeral as a thought. Yet if there is thought, then how can we truly be in the timeless now, since thought exists in time? Our corporal body also exists in time and space, and if our spiritual selves live with in the body in this plain of existence, then how can we ever experience true enlightenment when we are alive?

Therefore, enlightenment cannot exist.

Chocolate exists, chocolate is in the now, as well as in the past and future. Chocolate stirs every sense and lingers in the memory. Chocolate affects every cell in the body, chocolate affects the emotions, chocolate is orgasmic and makes the spirit soar.

Therefore enlightenment is eating chocolate.
