Re: billary colic ( gall stones )

The Science behind the flush is that you abstain from ingesting fat or protein prior to the cleanse to allow the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. The higher the pressure the more stones that will be released. The Epsom Salts dilates the bile ducts to allow the stones to move more freely through the ducts and the ingestion of olive oil causes a large amount of bile to be released and this pressure pushes stones through the ducts.

Epsom Salts has provided pain relief to many experiencing a gall stone attack due to its dilating effect on the bile ducts. I have not passed golf ball size stones but have passed quite a few with a diameter of 1 inch and felt no pain at all. These have been of different textures, colors and shapes so being formed from the olive oil and Epsom Salts mix does not make sense to me.

This procedure doesn't just buy time, it buys good health as stones and other 'stuff' (parasites, sludge etc) are being released from the body. Whether the person will be healed from their gall stone issue or not will depend on whether they complete the process of removing stones. This could be a lengthy exercise and there are other factors to be considered such as lifestyle and dietary factors between the cleanses.

It appears as though only calcified stones show up on a scan and it may take longer for the calcified stones to move through the ducts depending on their positioning in the ducts. Older stones tend to be calcified and it seems from the posts that they would therefore be 'deeper' in the ducts.

There is no published Science to support this that I know of. There is no financial profit to be gained from exploring this remedy, the ingredients do not support the pockets of the medical establishment and if this 'remedy' were to become a scientifically supported procedure to remove gallstones, what an embarrassment to medical Science that has spent billions of dollars on what may be useless and health destroying gall bladder surgeries.

As for Buscopan, compare the price of epsom salts to Buscopan with its related doctors visits and you will have your answer. It does not support the pockets of the medical establishment.

I went to my doctor with chronic fatigue, food allergies , chemical sensitivities, body pain that was debilitating, severe headaches to name but a few complaints and over a two year period he could do nothing for me except prescribe medication that did not help and actually made me feel worse. Only when I took my health into my own hands and started doing Liver Flushes and changed my diet did I start to get well. I am not there yet but I have come a long way and can once again say that life has become a joy instead of an effort to get through every day. Not surprisingly I have little faith in the medical profession.

You have nothing to lose by trying this procedure (except perhaps a few gall stones and maybe a decent nights sleep) but the removal of a gallbladder can set someone up for a lifetime of digestive problems, increased risk of stomach cancer and a continuation of the issues prior to surgery, evidenced by some of the posts on this site.

Keep an open mind, after all, how long did people believe that the earth was flat?
