Re: back to u...Toddles
Hi Pat,
If you don't have candida then maybe the
Sugar isn't your problem. Perhaps on your next flush follow your method for your previous flushes, avoid the high
Sugar juices and see if it helps.
My doctor prescribed blood tests on candida also came back negative (I haven't tried the spit test though) I don't know how accurate the standard medical tests are ?? I did have a live blood analysis test which showed lots of candida spores in my blood and I also have all the classic symptoms that come and go depending on how good I am on my diet. I do know that I cannot tolerate apple or lemon juice and definitely do better avoiding sugars and fasting the day of the flush. I have tried only fasting and having
Sugar up to the day prior to flushing, tried eliminating sugar and not fasting but the combination of avoiding sugar and fasting gives me the best results. Something else that works really well for me is taking enzymes on the day of the flush to clear out all the debris in my intestines. I use wobenzyme N but there are cheaper brands available and the only downside is that they make me very hungry.
We are all different so experiment and see what works for you. Hopefully some of this info will help you.
