1.i've bought apple vinegar called Bragg is't the one u guys recommended?

2.Can i take it daily? is't any side effects?

3.How many tsp in glass of water? How often? 3 times a day or?

4. Do i have to take it 10 minutes before any meals? Can i take it on empty or 30 minutes even 1 hour before meal?

5.Is't true that apple vinegar can soften the stones? IF i take apple vinegar, do i have to eat apple anymore for softening the stones?

6. Can i mix vinegar with apple juice

About 1 pint of OO/LJ ... it mentioned that mix 3 tbp of oo, 2tbp of Lemon with water ... How much water? 250 ml or? thanks Tweet
