yes apple cidar vinegar is good fo ryouany time anywhere in anything *smile*
i had read in a post fairly recently that horse breeders etc reguarly supplement their diet with it/ becuas eit is so beneficial in so many ways.
youwill see a real energy boost from regualrly using it also
sounds great start each day with a bit (about 1/2 cap ful in a glass of lukewarm water and a dash of grade b mayple sysrup is a great way to start the day.
i use the stuff in as much as i can.. homemade cole slaws
btw it cleans up old gunk too veyr nicely.. so if it loosesn even shower scum.. and then air sout smell goes away/ think what it does inside!! it is a real power agent fo rsure mini scrubber
