I drink ACV on my flushing days (stop at about 4PM) and although it contains minerals they are not in concentrated tablet / powder form so I think that it doesn't interfere with the flush.
As for mixing ACV with any of the items you mentioned - In my opinion if you want to get nutrients out of the ACV then it probably wouldn't be a good idea as the fiber in psyllium may inhibit the absorption of some of the nutrients and Epsom Salts pushes everything through your system so rapidly that you don't have time to absorb anything. If this is not a concern for you then I don't think there is any problem with mixing the ACV and if it improves the taste for you then it is an added bonus.
