I have to say, reading the posts to this forum is really getting me motivated to start my first cleanse starting on 2/15(I did read the book too.) I am a teacher who has off for presidents week...I thought it would be a good idea to start when I can be home for the SW flushes and any discomforts early on in the fast. I've been preparing my body by eating no animal products, no dairy, and caffine. I've always been a non dairy person who would occationally eat chicken but a lot of fish. Is there anything else I can do to prepare?
I'm really looking foward to the health benfits and can't wait to start. Thanks for all the valuable information I have learned.
