I am on my fourth cleanse, and prior to this one I have never been an active weight lifter. However, over the past year, I have taken up this hobby. I am on day 7 and am starting to wonder if I should still lift every day. I am losing strength in the gym, and am wondering if my body is producing enough protein. Should I give take a break for another week?
