day 1 wasnt as difficult as i imagined it to be

Surprisingly i had no problems with food cravings although my friends had a really good meal before me. i guess it was partly due to the fact that i was feeling very down, and hence no appetite. i just felt that nothing i do can save my skin. sure Master-Cleanse has helped many, but it seems that i am always unlucky and as a result had never found any solutions. So it would be of no exception this time round. is this Depression part of Master-Cleanse or is it just me? today i noticed a little patch of what seems like fungus infection on my face. i have some fungus infections on my hands as well.
i dont know if this Master-Cleanse is worth it, but i'll just try it out, like how i tried many stuff to no avail. sorry for the negativity but i just wanted a channel to pour out my unhappiness...sorry..but on the whole day 1 fast was fine Tweet
