I'm on Day 3 also ... of my third "successful" (past day 1) MC. I was that way on my 2nd MC. This time I'm not hungry at all. Yesterday I had 4 glasses, and today I've only had 1. Not sure why our bodies do this to us, but perhaps its emotional, or environmental. Are you around food? Can you smell it? I have been SO busy this week that I think it's keeping my mind off food. Plus I'm only around food in the morning (making breakfast and packing lunches) and night (making dinner). Tonight I'm cooking frozen pizza and we're having a family game night. I'm not much of a pizza eater, but it'll be hard to play a game while they all eat pizza. If I start feeling sorry for myself, I'll just go look in the mirror, and remember that I'm doing this for ME. The food will still be there when I want it, but only after the MC!
When I was so hungry, and SO wanting food on my last MC, I just kept telling myself that I could have "...." when the Master-Cleanse was over. It worked, and I made it 16 days. Hopefully it will help you too. As for actual hunger, try having an extra lemonade, or add a bit more syrup for a while. That has always worked for me.
