I don't really have a set time yet. I'm still so new to this. I don't remember when I did my first one, but I think it was October. My second was Jan 21 - Feb ??. They were both 16 days. This one will be 10-14. I tried twice to make it longer but the 16 days seems to be the cutoff for me. Not so much with hunger and cravings, because they're pretty much gone by then. It's a health thing. Last time my blood pressure started dropping very low and I was feeling faint for a day or so. The first Master-Cleanse I actually stopped because I felt ready to eat healthy foods without any cravings for sweets, etc.
I hope to do a 10+ day Master-Cleanse 3 or 4 times/year, but I'm not definitie on anything yet.
How about you? What is your goal and what are you trying to accomplish (besides cleansing)?
I started at 250 and am trying to work my way down to a healthy weight; and more importantly, to a healthy body. My problem is I tend to lose my motivation and start eating too much junk food again about a month out. So I may need to do them more frequently.
