HI This is my 2nd day and I am strugging. I need email support really bad so can someone please keep in touch with me. There are times that I want to eat really bad but I dont. I am 30 years old and was trying to lose about 10-15 pounds. I havent weighed myself yet but I can tell that my stomach is definitely a whole lot flatter after 2 days. SO this support group really helps alot so please keep in touch!
Do you eat anything like salad orsomething or should we stay away from EVERYTHING. I wont even chew gum because I dont know if it will interfere.
