Hey everyone. I am ending tomorrow after 5 days and 10 pounds. I wanted to lose 15 pounds but I have to have some food because I go crazy over here. I will settle for a salad, pizza, soup, something! I know the book says to ease off the diet by drinking orange Juice and making vegetable soup. That will take another 2 or 3 days! I am going to try the fresh fruit and juice diet after about a week and see if that helps any. I went on this strictly for weight loss though. I started out at 198 pounds and now I am at 189. My clothes fit better and most of all my stomach is flatter! I cant seem to get rid of that little pouch at the bottom of my stomach!!
