My goal is 21 days and today is my day #1! I did a 10 day fast last fall. I have a couple of questions for you if you dont mind....
16.5 pounds is quite an accomplishment! How much weight did you need to lose when you began the fast?
Also, did you experience hard times after the first 3 days?
