Cultures using chairs have weak backs.

Righto. There's a whole suite of stuff that comes from sitting, and one doc noted only cultures which sit long hours driving and at desks have such punky backs. I stretch the hamstrings by standing over the edge of a step, toes slightly pointed in to open the sacroilliac (hip-to-back joint), knees slightly bent. And I wear a dead flat heeled shoe, like a wrestling shoe or yoga shoe, to keep those hammies LONG! Women can wear those platform shoes if the overall effect is flat. Thanks for the tips and God bless!
