Re: Extreme flatulence triggered by anxiety.Help!!

Probably the best way to start coping is to simply RELAX. No matter what anybody says you should care about, it's up to you to decide whether that particular concern is worth your attention. If your health is basically intact (meaning that you only suffer SYMPTOMS caused by nervousness), then most likely it is only that your body does not have enough energy to properly handle daily stress. It could be that your digestion is handicapped by being clogged with a lot of undigested food (fiber should help clean it out), or that your body doesn't have enough water for proper digestion. Aspartame, Sucralose, and ALL artificial sweeteners (except STEVIA) are 'brain killing' drugs that have serious side effects that the beverage companies don't want us to know about because those companies make trillions of dollars by adding their products to our soda and other foods. Put the search word 'Aspartame' in the search box of your browser and read about Aspartame,...it deteriorates the myelin sheath in the brain and mimics Muscular Dystrophy, and is suspected of causing sudden cardiac failure by causing ARRYTHMIA. All artificial sweeteners are similar and I see no reason why they couldn't be responsible single-handededly for any depression. Even Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) used by chinese food stores to season their food is a brain chemical that can be deadly, but is even secretly added to baby food. Look around Curezone to find more information on foods that are healthy, but avoid UNREALISTIC health regimens that you don't feel ready for (EXTREME self-discipline regimens that produce super-health) because you will most likely end up feeling like a failure, and even if not, the daily stress can pile up and you will be a very healthy neurotic. Apple Cider Vinegar , Water Cure , Sea Salt , raw unprocessed honey, vegetable juice, flax oil, vitamin C, and amino acids should be enough for decent health right now (of course, all vitamins and minerals also), but also alkalize your body so that your body can feel comfortable and replenish itself by getting enough sleep (the body ph balance is very important).

The 'Prayer of serenity' (used in 12 step programs, like 'AA', etc.) is good for relaxation:

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference". ©†ƒ……•™¼‡_Original_Message_¾€š½ž¢«»¬ï°©
