that chopsticks idea sounds great, especially wooden ones so they aren't so slippery LOL!
I use a very small metal seive, the kind usually used for sauces.
If you fast the day of the flush, you tend to just see stones. However, it's best to do enemas for 2-3 days afterwards to make sure that ALL the stones come out right away. And that too helps keep them from getting stuck in fecal matter. If you can't do deep enemas or colonics, then do fiber to push them thru. A good psyllium seed fiber will be so loose that the stones will float up while it falls down.
