Hi,
I was diagnosed with Polyps in my gallbladder. Originally it said " a number of gallbladder" about 8 months later and after liverflushing etc. The ultrasound results had not changed much only change was "8 small polyps". Quite possible in the first did not bother to try a count. So I cannot claim that flushing removed any polyps. But I am still going and the pain has almost disappeared after 1.5 years. My specialist still believes in not removing it.

The major thing I've changed is my diet and having herbs (and praying to God). I did have fair bit of indigestion before changing my diet and it has improved enormously. The herbs seem to have helped more with the pain. My changes to diet was to:
Almost cut out alcohol (perhaps one drink a quarter.
Cut out dairy products such as milk, etc and other acidic foods. Minimise citric juices. All in favour of Alkaline based food. Such as Soy milk, apple juice, etc.
Cut out coffee, except again occasional one 1-2 cups a quarter. Instead I have been having lots more water and dandelion tea with soy milk, tastes a little bit like coffee (don't expect it to be the same though).
Cut out fried foods such as chips and fatty meats in favour of normal vegetables and fish. Still have some occasionally but nowhere near what I used to have.
Cream as in dairy cream, desserts containing cream and similar items also cut out.
As mentioned I've increased my intake of alkaline foods, the web is a good source of identifying these. This helped a lot with the indigestion.
Someone earlier said not to drink water near a meal. I have to agree it does affect indigestion instead if thirsty I used Soy milk again being highly alkaline or to have water in moderation whilst consuming is better than after a meal.
Over Christmas I was slack and did not follow the diet that well and I find it has not noticeably affected me, but I suspect I cannot keep this up. So what I am saying is that from time to time you can still enjoy some of the foods you enjoy rather than regularly as special treats.
