Vincent, don't be too discouraged if the ultrasounds shows no difference right away. Only calcified stones show up on the scans, and chances are you won't get any of those out for a few flushes yet; the stones you've gotten out and are going to get out in the next few flushes are probably newer than that. Keep at it! I've seen one calcified stone so far, in 13 flushes. It was almost white, very gritty and hard, like concrete, about 2/3 of the way through, and I was able to break it open. It was still green and soft in the center, so it was still in the process of calcifying. It was the size of a large grape - yikes!
