Some great suggestions yemaya. I especially like the valerian to get to sleep. Have a feeling I'll need it!

Oh and the ginger tea - great idea, ginger being carminative and anti-nausea and all.

I'll watch out for the raw bum too!! Thanks for the heads-up.
