2nd flush need questions answered please :-(

Good afternoon
1. I did my second Liver Flush a week ago. 40 mins into the flush I had great deal of pain just like previous gall stone attacks as well as rapid heart beats. My gall bladder was removed before I even knew I could take the stones out on my own. (Because lets face it natural remedies DO NOT pay for BMW's) Was this a stone being stuck and if so any suggestions?

2. And I am also not sure how often or apart the flushes should be done? Any risks as to how soon after you do one? Now I have a head cold and a migrane headache a week after the second flush. They were successfull and I got out many many stones but im not sure if I did the second flush too soon after the first one (two weeks went by and I did a second flush)

3. I did my first flush and it all worked to a T. Only thing was when I did the Epsom Salts my legs where achy after the potion and as the stones passed the pain was aleviated.

Second flush the same thing happened after i took the Epsom Salts doing the following "Get your Epsom Salts ready. Mix 6 tbs. in 4 cups grapefruit juice and pour this into a jar. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold"

Then I drank them at 6 pm and again at 8pm. In between the time of 6-8pm my legs both became very achy from the knee all the way down to the ankle im not sure what it means.

4. When I eat spicy hot food gives me gas and pain any suggestions as to why?

Oh and yes I have another "friendly question" I plan on doing a third Liver Flush in the first week of Febuary and was wondering if I could have a buddy just in case I get sick. On my second flush I had an attack and I think having someone to call that has been through the procedure and telling me I will be okay and help me through it if there is any pain? Any volenteers? If it makes any difference im a 28 yr old female.
