Re: Still need convincing
It would be difficult for a stone to get stuck in a healthy colon but not many people have healthy colons. A lot of colons are encrusted with old fecal matter and mucous and stones can get trapped in this 'stuff'. The toxins from the stones can be absorbed through the walls of the colon creating an additional toxic load for the liver to deal with. This is why it is suggested that you clean your colon before commencing with L/flushes.
I agree that some people do seem to be addicted to the flushing procedure (I was one of them) and I believe that unless you eat a
healthy Diet inbetween flushes there is very little point in doing them (my personal opinion only). I also feel that flushing is hard on the body so following a
healthy Diet is essential to restore lost nutrients. Having said all of this, I think that liver flushing, if done responsibly, is a valuable tool in restoring liver health quickly. I think doing it through diet alone takes longer.
Trying the flush again is a personal decision. I would try it again only because some people don't get results in their 1st or 2nd flushes but then do very well afterwards. And yes, it is not a pleasant procedure but I find it worth it.
Keep us posted on your decision.
