You're very welcome. Yes, she does have a few inconsistencies especially with regard to dietary suggestions. She has 3 eating plans designed for various levels of toxicity and disease and the stricter plans have fewer food choices. This may be why some of the inconsistencies arise.
One thing to be aware of is that in her book she recommends taking lecithin but when my Mom went to her for a consultation she specifically told her to avoid it as in her opinion, most lecithin supplements were rancid. Perhaps she has updated her book.
