Increasing good healthy dark green vegetables and the like and avoiding the usual suspects (caffiene, refined flour, sugar, chocolate, deep fried foods, dairy.) Allowed fruits are green apples (Fuji are tasty), pears, blueberries, blackberries, cherries. Try to have a diet that is 40% veggies, 30% whole grains (avoid wheat as much as possible), 20% protein (avoid animal protein for awhile) and 10% fruit. Make sure the veggies are in a soup or steamed. Try to only use olive oil, safflower oil, virgin coconut oil, flax seed oil. Take some olive oil (one tablespoon) on an empty stomach once a day.
