Do you do enemas or colonics after you flush?


That's very important to do as all the junk that you've flushed out of your liver is in your small intestine, and can get re-circulated through your liver if you don't get it out via an enema or through the p&b shakes (I do BOTH).

If you are doing the enema or colonic, then add p&b shakes the day of your flush (an hour or two after your last dose of Epsom Salts ), that should help.
