No the opposite. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is very high in salt (that's why it works and doesn't get absorbed). As a result it draws *out* water from the body and can be quite dehydrating. It is a great cleanse, but is quite tough, and should always be followed a couple of hours later with rehydration (e.g. water+lemon+sea-salt).
