wellnessyogas recipe passed along to me.
using magnesium citrate capsules in stead of Epsom Salts
put one and a half cups grapefruit juice ( fresh squeeze)
with one and a half cups water.
divide that mixture inot 4 eaqual parts.. (2/3 cups each)
these will be your 4 timed doses like the normal flush versons usign Epsom Salts
before drinkign each mixture add appr 800 mgs of a capsule of
magnessium citrate to the glass... open upthe capsule dump in dose and stir /shake til dissolved.. drink it down.
(wellnessyoga is small so only used 600 mgs but said teh recommend dose was 800 mgs ) PER DRINK.
this repaces the epsom slats/ with a gentler form of magnesium / to relax and dilate the bile ducts for easy passage of stones.
the rest of the flush follow as state don regular oo/grapefrui etc.. plu sof course prepe tiem before/
however youchoose to prep for it/ most folks do apple juice/ or malic acid to help soften stones.. and also the
gold coin grass helps break down gallstoens etc/is good to use prior to a fulsh recommened tiem is 3 weeks befor e a flush.

it is veyr bitter...lol i have foudn it is easier to take
