Started now. I have some questions.

I will drink the first cup now. As far as I undertand it's just grapefruit and Epsom Salts . From the big jar I made with 3 cups of grapefruit and 4 tablespoons epsom.

Second cup is in two hours. Right?

What about the third one? I didn't undertand if I pour 1/2 cup of olive oil in the third cup of grapefruit/epsom.
The instructions are kind of confusing here. IT says to pour 1/2 olive oil in the pint jar? Which jar, the one with grapefruit and epson salt, or it is a separate jar?

fourth cup is in the morning. Only grapefruit/epsom, right?

So olive oil is just 3:45 min after the first cup?

1st cup now- 7 pm
2nd cup - 9pm
3rd - with olive oil - 10:45
Sleep
4th - on wake up

Is that it?
Please explain third cup with oil better.
