1st time flush was today. Sucesss. I still have questions.

First, thanks for helped in this forum.
Ok, I followed the instructions and had yesterday at 7pm a 3/4 cup with grapefruit juice and Epsom Salts , than another cup at 9pm, and then another with 1/2 cup of olive oil at 10:45. And went to sleep.
Man, the grapefruit juice with Epsom Salts taste bad. But, that's ok. I had to take a gulp of lemonade after each one to take that taste off.

Before going to sleep I went to the bathroom once, but only liquid (green) came out.

Next morning. Woke at 7 and had the grapefruit/epsom.
Went to the bathroom, got just a few tiny tiny stones out. They were not round as peas like I expected.

After the second cup of grapefruit/epsom at 9am, I went to bath room again.
This time I had hundreds of tiny stones (green and brown types), dozens of small ones, a dozen medium sized and like 5 the size of olives.

I was happy to see that stuff out.

2 hours later I went to the bathroom again and got the same pattern.

During the rest of the day I tried to drink a lot fo water and gatorade to hydrate, cause I lost a lot of liquid.

I ate some light stuff, like apple, potato, etc..

I just didn't expect to go to the bathroom that many times. I went a total of 6 times today. And it's still liquid. Is it normal????????
THis last time I still got out a few stones.

I believe the process was successful. Was it?????

Now I need to know. What can I eat tomorrow? Can I start eating regular food? Anything else I need to do?

Thanks a lot
