You've probably heard it already, but drink more lemonade. This really helped me (I am on day 9) get past the hunger and the cravings. The other thing that helps is emotional support. Get a family member or close friend to do it with you, or at least to encourage you. Kind of like this forum except closer to hand.
You can definitely do it! It will get easier as you go along. Another thing that helps me (but my husband disagrees) is to tell people I am doing it. Then I feel more obligation to carry it out. But ultimately it is just for you.
