Keep doing SWF with P&B while on MC

Yes, you can (and it's preferable as opposed to not) do the P&B shakes while on the MC, and you will definitely need to do the SWF's (or herbal laxative tea) in order to move that P&B (and all the guck it scrapes up) out of your system.
