After two years of clensing I am still getting stones during my maintenance clenses every two or three months.
Even though I did not target any ailments when I started clensing (I did not even realise I had any, I considered myself very healthy person), I totally got rid of my hypothyroidism, my skin looks much better, my weight is very stable, I am physically much stronger and I am finally pregnant and have no complications at all.
So judging by my own experience, I would highly recommend regular clensing.
