I'm not much for following the rules, LOL, so I've kind of made some adaptations to the flush to make it easier for myself. I'm still getting good flushes too. Plenty of stones coming out. I eat my normal diet, fat and all, the day of the flush and I have my last meal around 4 PM. Throughout the rest of the evening I drink either lemonade (Master Cleanse recipe sans pepper) or grapefruit juice. The next day I jump right back in with eating normally. This might not work for everyone, but it seems to do fine for me and I'm not debilitated the following day--except for the numerous trips to the toilet. Other than what I've stated, I basically follow the Hulda Clark protocol.
