you've inspired me - i may do one tonight too!! my first one at that.. i'm on 2nd set of paragone after the 5 day wait & coQ10 mega dose. i'm miserable!!!! i've been doing hot water with organic apple j. & fresh lemon in the am as well as mega doses of malic acid & 'stone free' from planetary for kidney & gall/ liver stones . wish me luck & good luck to you :) Tweet
