Try to bath your baby with sodium bicarbonate (I hope my translation of BICARBONATO DI SODIO is right). You find it at the supermarket. In Italy we have some over-the-counter creams with zinc (OSSIDO DI ZINCO, in English?). It is an old remedy. In my case, my eczema did not better, but it is not dangerous, I mean, it is not a steroid cream. It is recommended when you change your baby's nappies. And, as for nappies, have you the time to use for your son, from time to time, cotton/linen home made nappies? I know it can sound as astonishing as an idea, but at least, reflect some seconds on it.
