You don't need meds to get a new outlook on life...that could simply add to the problem!
Please, just start filling your days with things you enjoy, hobbies etc. And you will find you enjoy living each day! Your outlook will then change and be much more positive.
Also, you can even fudge it and be positive when you don't feel it, soon enough the feelings are contagious and become genuine!
Trust me - I was once there!
Also, forget about girls and just live life how you want and do things you enjoy - the other will come...
