I'm not a therapist(far from it) but I think if you started working out, running, boxing, biking or whatever workout you like and really get in to it, that could help you feel more confident. Maybe you could stop by the strip club or something :)I think you should make it your new year's resolution to have (safe)sex with at least five people next year, better yet ten. You can totally do it!
