But the other 3 are soooooooo nice... something to work at. If you are overweight, watch what you eat. Most fried foods are OUT. No donuts, no fried dough, eat smaller portions and no cheating.
We just got back from an outing and we met a dear friend there who is overweight. After being with her one day, I can see why. She eats ALL the wrong things. It's really too bad...she's real pretty. She would offer me something...politely, sorry I don't eat that junk. She's smart enough...you'd think she'd know better. It's mind over matter...depends on what you want.
