It'll be hard at first to cut out the bad foods, but when
you think about your health and the way you want to look and
feel, you can do it. I love donuts and fried chicken, but I
don't buy any. I crave popeyes chicken but I have to exit off
the freeway to get to the nearest one and I don't live close
to one so I haven't had any in a long long time. I stop frying
food. I use a George Forman Grill. It can be done, you just
have to want to change your eating habits.
