Re: getting turned on?

Why is it when adults try to give opinions, advice, or warn teenagers about pitfalls in life they are accused of attacking or being mean spirited. Most adults who love their children only want the best for them and do not want them to be harmed in any way. The adults not only love their own but relate to other teenagers as well and want to help them. It is not an attack but only through love and concern. Maybe they do not have the correct answer for the question but they do see the danger that lies ahead. You may ask why a tiger will turn on its owner who loves to play with it. I may not can tell you why, but I can tell you to leave it alone or you will get hurt. That would not be attacking you, but giving you some good advice.
