Dawnwine, thanks so much for the useful suggestion. I will try that tonight!! I am assuming I can just buy these things at Walgreens without a prescription? I do believe when I was younger that the doctor told me it was not yeast. I don't know about bladder contractions, but I do seem to urinate VERY FREQUENTLY and always in smaller amounts. Maybe that is an avenue I should be exploring as well. I take cranberry supplements since I can't find reall cranberry juice anywhere anymore. It is always a blend, or a cocktail, so I assumed taking the supplements was actually getting more to my system. There is a powdered mix I have been buying at my local health food store that you mix with 4-6 oz of water and drink that I have used a couple times, but it tastes icky, so I would rather take the AZO.
