i have always considered getting circumsized. My reasons were mainly due to sanitary reasons. Too, my wife has asked me for years to get it done. Her reason is that she says it hurts to insert due to the extra skin. My thinking is that it should insert easier. Then she says there is not enough friction after insertion. i can vouch for that on myself. i pull the skin back sometimes during intercourse to cause me more friction and pleasure. Also, for some it might help with premature ejaculation since it would not be as sensitive. Tweet
