He probably actually needs a smaller one than a larger one. If the condom is too large it will slide off more easily than if it is a snug fit. I'm of an average size but a good bit thicker than normal so mine don't ever really move around too much. What size is he length and width wise? That usually helps, then you can get an idea. Tweet
