I think it is a bad idea to keep going once you ejaculate in the condom b/c you are compromising the strength of the condom. The top of the condom where you leave room for the sperm has been used so it will make the inside of the condom wet, and the condom might come off and be left in her, and that's not good. You could accidently impregnate her as well if the condom slips off. It would be best for you and her to wait, give you some time to get hard again, put on a new condom, and continue.

Condoms are made to be used only once(per cllmax).
